You should be fine.  1 year with 3 cards is still thin.  If your score and util are decent you should be good to go.

I'm considering them for my 3rd prime card. (Cap1Secured,Amex) since I received a Prequalify offer with an actual percentage rate on their website.  When people say a "thin file", would a year of credit history and 3 cards already be too high? Am I better off with them as my third card than fourth?

CareCredit is next on my list but would like a 3rd bank card first. And I know it's too soon for Chase..gardening and will try them after a year.

From what I have noticed on here, your mileage may vary. I know when I first applied for Discover, I did not get approved until my FICO scores hit the 700's and I had a credit history for a year and a half. Also they have been super difficult and random in how I get CLI's from them.

Bank of America Cash Rewards: $70k; Chase Sapphire Preferred: $35k; Capital One Quicksilver: $21.2k; Citi AAdvantage: $23.5k; Care Credit: $20k; Chase Freedom: $12.5k; Chase Freedom Unlimited: $12.5k; Citi Simplicity: $15.9k; Wayfair: $22K; Barclaycard Rewards: $10k; Car Care One: $10k; AMEX BCE: $15k; Discover IT Miles: $10k; Citi DC: $9.2k; Marvel: $10k; Ashley Furniture: $6k; PayPal Credit: $10k; US Bank Cash +: $5k;
