What is up with Citibank website?

I haven't been able to access my credit card account for over a week because every time I try it says they are experiencing temporary delays.  Anybody else getting this message when you try to log into your credit card account with Citi?

Only in the app for me. Same error for a week, so I went online and pif. I won't be using any Citi cards again until they fix the app errors.

I can't access it online either this is weird how am I supposed to keep up with my payments and stuff if I can't even access it.

I have had Citi website give me errors a few times over the past year.

But I just checked both the website and the app and both have no issues logging in and accessing my CC account. So, YMMV?

Logged in by notebook without a problem. As already suggested try diff browser also clear out your cache.

You know how inconvenient it is to call Citi and deal with an AI assistant for 20 mins and talk to people who speak bad English.

I had to do a CLI requeust over the phone just a few weeks ago for my Citi Rewards+ card because the website wasn't letting me complete it. Total time on phone to complete the call was 4 minutes and 22 seconds according to my phone, not even 5 minutes let alone 20...Some of you guys are ridiculous.
