Have we heard any update on where this program is going? PC or are we just grandfathered for good?
No one knows. Just continue using your card until Amex tells us what they going to do (or not do). I have pushed 2.3k in the past two months. It's working for me and I'm sticking with this legendary card until Amex grabs me by the neck and take my white ninja card.....
I think all we can safely know is that nothing is happening right away. We had people getting Zync cards right down to the wire, and some of those people have paid in advance for pack terms that will last an entire year.
Whatever AmEx intends to do with us, they're not doing it overnight. I expect we'll start learning at some point when someone's pack comes up for renewal and does not renew.
Until then it's business as usual.
They will be sending us Green or Gold cards as a PC. Talked with them yeterday. I got shot down for a Blue.

No kidding? I take the gold for the Zync AF
This is what I got when I emailed them a month ago about it:
Dear Mr. P,Let me check this for you.
I spoke with our Account services team and they informed that we are not phasing out the Zync Card.
Also, we are unable to transfer the Zync Card to any other Card product.
However, you sure can apply for a fee free Blue Cash Everyday Card separately by visiting the following link
-
With Blue Cash Everyday you get 3% cash back at supermarkets, 2% back at gas stations and department stores, and 1% everywhere else.
There is no annual fee and no annual fees for Additional Cards.
Mr. p, I hope this information is helpful.
Sincerely,
rep
i would think the people with hard limit zyncs will be excluded =/
and isnt there some rule that if there is an af, by law they cant pc you? in the first year anyways? or does that only apply to credit cards?
