I recieved a Citi Bank Diamond Preferred card in February of 2017. It is 0% for 21 months. That's the longest 0% offer that I know of.
The lenders can be pretty stingy with starting CLs when giving out 0% cards. Citi gave me a starting CL of $5000 and I reconned asking for $20,000. They countered with $8,000 and I took it.
I have a permanent 0% plus prime card that I've had for a long time. It was 3.25% for awhile but now of course it's 4%.
wow solongtj - can you give more details about the card, like the bank that provides it?

Though that rate may be from before the last several prime rate increases.
+1, this is also the card with the lowest/overall best APR I have in my current card collection. Although my BEFCU card APR is a little higher at 5.49% F, rather than the lowest-advertised 4.99% F rate, it still handily beats out the APR of all of my other cards. Plus it has rewards -- as a result, this is currently my #1 favorite card in my collection, followed by my 7.50% F PACU card close behind in second place.
With ultra-low APR plus rewards together side-by-side, you really can have the best of both worlds with the BEFCU card, in mho
Even if you always PIF, have an emergency fund, and don't care as much about APR, the BEFCU card for example can be useful if there is ever some event that occurs where you may have no choice but to carry a balance, such as a very costly or expensive medical procedure or car emergency/repair, etc.
How good are the rewards on the BEFCU card? Can you get a statement credit at a reasonably low level, and what is the cash back rate?

I may win the prize on this one. BofA Visa opened 1999, 31.7k limit, prime+1.9% (5.9%) on purchases and cash. It was set-up way back when I was a BankBoston wealth management client. My new BofA HRC cash rewards card is 17.9% and they won't budge on that one. Aaah, wishing for the good old days!
No, I win. 0+ Prime.. mine is also BofA.
