Re: What’s your current daily driver?

Not quite current, but when the card arrives in the next few days  (I know the last 4 digits but sadly that's not quite enough!):

Citizen's Bank World MC.   5% on everything until the end of March.

Probably be the only card I use, except for Freedom in Q1 (already maxed out q4)   Replacing even the Altitude (sorry @Remedios )

Re: What’s your current daily driver?

- 90% of my spend is groceries, gas, dining - NFCU More Rewards (3%, no AF).
- Non-category goes to Alliant (3% first year).

@Anonymous  With uncapped 5%, you better make us all proud!

You still get to keep your place at AR table lol

Re: What’s your current daily driver?

3 months left til i probably retire my Discover Chrome. May eventually combine and go for Miles but if not ( if i want to keep my no apping streak alive) ill probably just go flat out DC or PPMC 2%. Took me 4 years but with low income , i find using one card really niceSmiley Happy

Re: What’s your current daily driver?

I find myself using PPMC and AMEX Gold the most lately. Discover will start getting heavy use when I begin Christmas shopping.

Re: What’s your current daily driver?

Discover It with cash back match for the next month and a half and then I’ll swap over to my new PPMC for everything but gas and groceries (AMEX BCP) utilities (BBVA) and whatever is in the 5% categories on the Disco It card.

Re: What’s your current daily driver?

CSP for me these next couple months for the SUB.

Its weird, but I miss my Gold card already. Luckily, Rakuten has my back so I am not out of the MR ecosystem too long lol

Re: What’s your current daily driver?

For most purchases Citi DC (no thinking required and 2%)

Groceries: Amex BCP 6%

Gas: CitiCostco 4%

Dining: CitiCostco 3%

Amazon and occasionally other categories: Chase Amazon (5% Amazon; had 3% CB incentive on travel)

Looking at Amex Gold for dining and MR

Good thread.  Helpful and instructive to read how others approach daily spend. Thanks for your remarks!

Re: What’s your current daily driver?

My daily driver is the PenFed Power Cash Rewards Visa.  Most of my spending (gas, groceries, and uncategorized spending) goes on this card.  I use the Chase Sapphire Reserve for dining and travel only.

I'll be dropping the Chase Sapphire Reserve in August because of the annual fee increase.  I'll likely pull my NFCU Go Rewards out of the sock drawer for dining, and I'll probably apply for the NFCU Flagship Rewards for travel.

Daily Carry: PenFed Power Cash • NFCU Flagship • NFCU More Rewards • Chase Freedom
Sock Drawer: PenFed Promise • NFCU cashRewards • Chase Sapphire Preferred • Chase Freedom Unlimited • United Explorer • UNFCU Azure
