Sears at 20% APRDid you miss a CIT notice on this one? Or is this the current APR?
I just got the card. Its my current APR. Will the CITI notice tell me the rate is going down? If not, I hope to never receive the notice.

CIT = Change In Terms
Appearantly all Citi issued Sears cards are having their APR's raised to far higher than the 20% you mention above. I believe these notices were mailed some time ago. You may have missed yours. You might want to call and find out what the deal is.

My USAA MC is at 7.75% and my USAA Amex is at 9.9% and my VS is at some stupidly high 20something%. But they could be whatever they wanted as I always PIF =)
Curious which USAA you have had longer? I recently got one of each at 8.9, had been hoping for 7.75%.

I got the MC in, I think, 2007 and the rate was around 6%...they raised it up to 7.75% last year after the markets crashed. It's a variable rate though, so could go higher I suppose, although they have been good about keeping it low.
