You know what id do if it was me.. Just tell them to close it.. If a lot of folks do this... and dont put up with it... they wont make any profit off a nonexistant account..

Yup.... Verified for the second time! Synchrony along with their 27% cards can leave.... Smh just when I was going to start using marvel for dining out

Seriously. id send them back shredded covered in honey with a nasty gram attached.... put both the shredded goo in a ziplock and the nastygram and put it in a bubblewrap flat..

Apparently they aren't all closed! Only Walmart, Chevron, Sams Club.... They told me to send in another 4506-t for the other ones. I'm closing them right now.. They sent me like 5 blue envelopes

The problem with the BBB  is their opinions are legally nonbinding... And my next question is how is this different than what World Bank/Comenty did to folks who had excellent credit but were not profitable.. because they paid in full 

Cant folks go after them using that vector?

It's not about legality, it's about saving face.  If they don't comply with complaints their rating goes down.  

Also, everyone should tell Amazon to ditch Synchrony and find another bank.
