What to PC Citi Simplicity To?

My Citi Simplicity is out of the intro APR period, so I was thinking about doing a PC to a different card. What would be something else useful (I don't want an annual fee). My current card stable includes Amex BCP, Discover it, and Chase Freedom.

I'm not sure on the particulars of Citi's PC policies, but perhaps a Citi Dividend card if it's possible? It'll add to your 5% rotating stable.
