What to do? options?

Hi, I was able to go out with a cousin of mine lately and was talking about interests in life and I got to mention how important credit is and how I am fascinated with this forum.. I wasn't expecting anything as she tells me she knows very little about it and was telling me she has high APR's on her accounts and on one account been paying $180/month on finance charge alone. I was shocked about it and I told her I'm gonna look into her situation and see what we can do suggesting consolidation or a 0% balance transfer. I got her into a computer to sign up to true credit as I wanted to see a clear picture of her CR. in there she has TU686 EX657  EQ640 as fako scores. it's not bad at all as she had 2 lates in the past specifically june of 2007 and have been perfect payment since. She has a good stable job actually paying her very comfortably but I would say, she's not good on handling her finances, paying only the minimum on all her accounts.
She has a good history started since 1999, good credit mix with 2 auto loans (one for her brother - always on time), one mortgage (with her mother - always on time), School loan (Paid on time)..

this is her accounts:
Citibank credit card CL 3000k - $2890 bal  21% APR
Nordstrom Visa             9500   -   6527       19%

Nordstrom SC             10000   -   8757       22%
J Crew                           1500   -   1202       21%
Bestbuy                         2000   -   1492         0%        1 30 days late jun'07
Saks                              1600  -      678        18%
Bloomingdales              1000   -      0                          1 30 days late aug'07
Banana Rep                    300   -      0
Home Depot                  3600   -      0

What can be the best option right now? thinking about balance transfer but who would approve high util on CR currently?

Thanks in advance

Re: What to do? options?

Start with the 2 nordstrom cards... there tier 1 apr is Prime + 0!!!, she sounds like she is on tier 4 with both of them, they are EXTREMELY nice and will work with you very well.
other than that just looks like she needs to work on paying balances down and the scores will come up following that.
