My Hilton Honors Reserve Visa statement closes on the 21st each month, any idea as to when Citibank will update my Equifax credit report? This is effecting my DTI and I want everything very clean before I apply for an auto loan with NFCU.
My Citi balances only update after statement day.

Yea, call and ask. My Citi AAdvantage Platinum didn't report for 5 months!!!
I'm on the same boat as you! I wish it would post immediately! lol I don't know if it's a delay on Citi or the CRA.
My payment was due 1/22 and statement closed on 1/24. I called Citi and they told me they report the balance to the credit unions on the day the statment closes (so it would've been 1/24). As of today 1/26 it's showing the old balance. I'm hoping maybe later in the day it would update.
Also even though my statment closed on 1/24, today is when I got an email saying my "statement" was ready.
Once it posts, I'll let you guys know.
I've had a Citi Forward Visa for 7 years. In my experience, Citi has reported the statement balance (or, perhaps more accurately, I've received the myFICO update) between 3 and 5 days after the statement date. I know that I've received the update on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday. No rhyme or reason that I can determine as to why it's 3, 4 or 5 days.

Since this involves a Citi Hilton card it wouldn't be surprising if things were a little 'wonky' this month with reporting. ![]()
