When do I fall under 5/24?

I have 4 cards turning 2yrs old as of November this yr. I was thinking I can apply for a chase card. But I opened 4 other cards between last year and last month. The 4 cards turning 2 yrs old do they put me under 5/24 or the first card I opened to put me over 5/24?

So you currently have 8 credit cards, 4 of which will turn 2 years old in November 2019.  On December 1, 2019 you will just barely be under 5/24.
