When does First Premier report?

Quick question - my August payment (due on 8/14) was sent in and posted to my account on 8/6. The statement period ended 7/22. That payment will bring my util. down from 30% to 3% (only a $250 limit) and I'm just wondering when I may see a bump in my score. Thanks.

Re: When does First Premier report?

My first premier payment is due on or around the 30th of each month and it showed on my credit report for two cra's by the 9th..TU has not updated yet..I would say from experiences that it is about 10 days after the due date.

Re: When does First Premier report?

That sounds about right for mine too. I found them to be quiet reliable in their reporting.

You can find the approximate date in which your card will report from a truecredit or similiar report.  Hit details and you can find when they report.

It's different for everyone.  My DH's report date for them is around the 18th, I say around because it can vary a day or so from month to month and depending on weekends.

Take a look at your statement that had the amount that you just paid. Not the due date, but the date on the statement. Most cards (not HSBC bank cards) post the amount that is on the statement, a day or so after the statement date. If your statement date was 7/22, it might well have reported your balance right around then. Your new balance will be reported next cycle. If you don't put on any more charges, that new util will show up then.

As the others mentioned, this is why there are so many TrueCredit junkies around here. Bogus scores, but they show the date updated for EX and TU. Very handy when trying to time things!
