I agree, I would wait at least 6 months to gain good history with the card then go for it!
EDIT: after reading into more, wait 12 months (and even at that I'd be cautious.......you may experience AA with a few lenders)
I guess I'll just have to wait until May 2014 like I originally planned. I was going to wait for all my inqs to fall off before asking for CLIs. I don't plan on applying for any new credit for several years. I am happy with my selection of cards. Hopefully, they'll grow with me. I know the Cap One and the Fashionbug probably won't grow.
