When should I request CLI for Discover Reward and Delta Amex

3rd statement with discover card has cut and I have paid all three months PIF. Should, I wait or request CLI? Delta Amex SL $1K had card about three weeks should I wait or request CLT?

All three FICO 8 above 700

no collection or baddies on the report. BK from 2013 is the only thing reporting.

Amex has a 3x CLI you can do. If 61 days have hit or past, you can try to poke them because it will be a SP.
