Technically speaking, it has a $99 annual fee, because if you drop Prime you lose the 5% back. So it's not really a no annual fee card (and yes, I know, justification of Prime is for more than just the fast shipping, but since the question that got us all derailed here was about a card that had more than 2% back with less than $59 annual fee...)
