Which Rate Prevails When Using Plastiq?

Hello all...

I admit I had no idea what Plastiq was until today...lol. So, my question is, if my property tax charges a 3.5% fee for paying with a credit card, would the 2.5% Plastiq charges override that, or will I end up paying the 2.5% + 3.5%? Thank you for your help, since I always pay everything with a credit card if possible.

Plastiq will overide the other one. I believe they send your payment in form of a check
