Which bank to build relation with to have easier time to get their card? BoA, US Bank or Well Fargo?

I am wondering whihc of these bank are best bank to build relation with to have easier time to get their card? Bank of America, US Bank, or Well Fargo?  I want to get a 2%+ visa card that I can use at Costco.  So i am think of Bank of America customize cash, Us Bank Cash+ or Well Fargo active cash.  I current have Quicksilver and Savor one so I am pretty good on Gocery and food take out.  I don't really travel so no point of me going fore Venture X.
I know Venmo and AAA are good for costco but I was rejected by them last month due to my thin profile.  My local bank and fidality are also option but they are Elan.   What bank should I build relation with so I will have easier tiem to get a visa card off them in a few month.   Both US Bank and Well Fargo have some decent checking account promo atm.   US Bank offer 300 if you direct deposit $5000 within 3 month and Well fargo offer $300 if you deposit $1000 in 3 months.

The Cash+ only earns 1% at Costco.  They do have the Shopper that earns 3% (but has AF).

US Bank wouldn't let me open a checking account, saying I was too far from a branch location, but they did approve me for a credit card with no prior relationship — go figure.

Let me start by saying that based on what you have stated you have pulled the maximum possible out of your profile already. When Synchrony Bank and Comenity Bank(including Bread) no longer want to issue a card you need to go visit the garden for the next year if not more. Now if you want to still build a relationship for the time being with a bank for when you come back that is ok. First off the Bank of America Customized Cash Rewards card is issued as a MasterCard. This will not work for Costco unless you want to also do a PC to the Visa version after you get approved which might not be allowed. US Bank is a great idea however you already have over 2 inquiries all obtained recently which means you will be waiting for 2 years there. Wells Fargo is known to deny solid card holders so you will be playing with a jester that is messing with fire. I personally got denied for a card from them when I applied with a 780ish score and a single inquiry. They came back with a denial and sent me preapproval offers for the same card a few weeks later. Also Wells Fargo is in some legal issues so account holder beware. I belive you need to garden and see your scores plus profile in a year.

I can provide a data point for WF. I moved much of my cash from WF to Citi and when I requested a CLI, I was turned down on one of my cards. (The other two I was approved) They cited a drop in balance as a potential reason. I can't say for certain it's the reason why, but I can say nothing in my profile has gotten worse and much has improved since the last CLI.

You don't need a relationship..banks aren't friends, they are banks..they don't care about you..you need good credit and nothing else.
