Young, it sounds if you have already made up your mind.And a lot of what you are saying is true about Citi and Chase,I have accts with both.My mortgage is with Citi and I have a freedom plus card with Chase,And your 100% right Chase want to hard pull for anything Citi may not.So what it comes down to is what works for you.But again if it was me I would use the Citi secured card minimal each month until it unsecures,And show lots of luv for Chase.....
