Who does AMEX pull

I am really interested in the BCE card. I am in WA. I hope EX - FACO 766 or EQ- FICO 771, cause those are my highest scores. No inquiries in 16 months for these 2.

My TU- FICO is 760 but 1 inquiry

No. AMEX almost always pulls EX.

AMEX primarily pulls EX, though other users have mentioned that they will pull others in addition to EX.

Amex pulled all 3 for my charge card application in 2010, but only Experian for my Blue this year.
