I'm very into painting- but he is hilarious!! It's wierd- he means it so much- he is such a hippie that it is "truly his personality" you can tell it's not fake- and he is very calming to watch. I still watch him every once in a while.

Are we talking about Bob Ross? He was like the Mister Rogers of painting! I can't believe he's still on --I think he died over 10 years ago. But yeah, the happy little clouds...

Wow, my icon looks like a Bob Ross painting!!! Smiley Surprised that's scary

Re: Why are YOU on MyFico on Thanksgiving?

Just returned from TG dinner. Lots of good food, wine, and friends.

Had to check the forums, guess it's become a hobby or mild addiction.

Did not go to any stores. Did not drive today. Walked 2mi to dinner, need the exercise.

Soon will be in bed.

Hope you all had a good TG.

Well, it's past thanksgiving here in afghanistan. To the poster who's bf is coming to Iraq, best wishes. Myfico is becoming my obsession as well. Good luck to all, and remember those who cant be with loved ones today...

stpn2me --are you in the service?

also, I know it is past Turkey Day already but if you guys get a chance go check out this website:

You can pick out a postcard (hand drawn by kids in the US) and write a message to our troops overseas. It's really neat and fast and only takes a minute to do--I hate that so many of our boys (and girls) are over there this time of year Smiley Sad
