I'm not sure anyone outside of Amex will be able to answer that.
Some people have heavy usage on their cards and still see a decrease, others barely use them, and their cards are never touched.
In all likelihood though, if you are using your other Amex cards to the extent you say you are then you should be ok.

Hey guys,
My SPG/Bonvoy card and Delta card both has $10,000 limit, however I only use Bonvoy card when I’m staying out on Marriott properties. Maybe once a couple of months. During Christmas tho will be a lot.
Once I complete SUB for delta card, I probably will never use it, except for in-flight purchases which I get 20% off. I normally fly 8 One way trips per year. 8 chances of using the card but probably won’t be 8 usages.
I’ve got a Hilton card with $1000, never use it anywhere nor do I stay at Hilton properties that often, twice a year at most.
I could put some recurring charges like Netflix or Hulu on these cards to keep them active, but will Amex lower the limits?
I have very heavy use on Gold card, about $2000-$3000 per month and Platinum card can reach $3000-$6000 for the last couple of months. Mainly because all the purchase on the platinum is huge. (Plane tickets, electronics, etc.)
Right, it's hard to know without knowing what Amex expects from you. For many of their target users $2-3K a month certainly ISN'T "very heavy usage", but for you they might consider that fine!
Nobody knows what Amex will do yet, we just know that they have started slashing limits that aren't used but when people have called, they have had success getting them restored so far. I wouldn't really worry about it right now.

Of course it’s difficult to answer that question because the slashing is random so there’s not enough data to pinpoint the reasoning. So all we can do is guess and hope we’re not in AmXs bullseye.
So to thwart that worry, I say keep extremely low UT on their cards so if you are the unlucky one to get hit, at least you don’t have to worry about it crashing your UT and scores. That’s my strategy.
To me it is a waste of time and energy to worry about it as no one knows whether your account will have a CLD or not. Worst case scenario if it does, it's not like you are using it heavily enough that it's going to hurt anything, so really, why worry about it? Even a lowered limit on the Hilton would suffice for your needs, it sounds like. Anyway, if it happens it happens, and you can address it at that time.

+1
