Will Capital One do this?

So it seems that Capital One and GE Money Bank love me...alot.  Today I got over 2000 dollars in increases across 5 accounts with GE using the love button and today out of nowhere I noticed Cap One bumped me to 2000 dollars on my Platinum Mastercard.  So now I have 2 cards with Capital One.  I have the QS with a 3k limit and a Platinum with a 2k limit.  

Will they let me combine the Platinum and QS limit and just PC to a Venture card?  Anyone have any advice or suggestions on how I would go about this?

unfortunately nixon is correct. They will not do any credit line transfers like that

Ugh.....What a bummer.  Really wanted to PC to Venture.   What other cards could I PC that Platinum card to?  Any Suggestions on that?

I may be in the minority but even if you could PC to venture i don't think its that great of an idea to do so. Cards like venture and arrival+'s signup bonuses are what are most appealing about the cards. I would rather have an flat 2% cashback card with no af like fidelity amex or double cash if there is no signup bonus involved.

You certainly can PC to a Venture but you have to qualify for it. You don't even have to call in just do a request via chat, ask them if you can PC your Platinum to a Venture they will let you know if you currently have an 'offer'.
