Re: Your two main cards..

Right now I'm only using my Chase Amazon and my Costco TrueEarning (Amex). Amex for gas and Amazon for eating out and shopping. I would like to use my other card but at the moment most of them is carrying a balance which I'm trying to pay down. I always PIF for my two main cards at the moment.

1. Arrival +

At 2 points per $1 it gets all non category spend. All monthly bills and misc spend

2. CSP

Dining and travel go here

3. Freedom/Discover IT

5% category only

I have a similar/same strategy in place as I travel often:

1. CSP for dining and travel

2. Barclay Arrival+ for everything else

I will app for the Freedom in the summer after a few household-driven INQs drop off my report.

Citi Forward and Sallie Mae. Fantastic combination, I will probably cry when Citi kills off the Forward some day.

By MS I assume you mean Multiple Sclerosis treatments. Yes, 2% does indeed add up.

Re: Your two main cards..

PRG for gas and groceries.

CSP for dining and travel expenses.

Those are my four big spend categories.

Except for the Diamond Preferred that I keep on me as a backup, I don't even use my other cards any more.

I Have Way Too Many of These.

American Express - No CLI or Appreciation Gift in 7 Years

Citibank - Handing Out Credit Limits Like Candy

Chase - Surprisingly, Still Tolerating My Credit-Chasing Ways

Bank of America - My Newest Bae.

Everyone Else.
