Congrats on the ZYNC approval !!
I agree that there aren't many examples posted here of people getting Hard Limits removed ~ my interpretation is that the Hard Limit options are fairly new so there hasn't been sufficient time yet for people to have them removed. I know that people have called AMEX and requested them to be removed but they have been told their accounts are reviewed periodically to determine if this can happen.
I have the $200 Hard Limit ZYNC, and I sometimes have to pay it several times a week to keep it under the cap. Thankfully AMEX web pay is extremely quick and, at least for me, restores my available credit as soon as I submit a payment.
I have one open C/O from 2006 for $800 I have a paid co from HSBC but is still listed as co. Also the collection from the collection agency for them but it's listed as paid. Some old lates on student loans 2yrs back. No lates or new baddies in the last two yrs, AAoA 9yrs thanks to student loans no reason given on the limit.

Did they give you a reason why they had to cap you? What baddies do you have on your report? AAoA?

If AMEX declines you for NPSL ZYNC, they sometimes counter~offer a $200 Hard Limit or $500 Hard Limit w/AutoPay. No reason given other than the obvious ( they don't liike the baddies on your report
)

Well, I FINALLY have my own AMEX. I've been an AU on dads Delta Gold since June/July '11. I did get the $500 autopsy option, I searched and couldn't find any stories of anyone having the PSL removed even up to one yr. I plan on making this my daily card and PIF once or twice/mth. I've done this even with the Delta Gold. Should I reapply in 6mths or with this strategy does anyone think the cap will be lifted. P.S. I know it will depend on my credit situation, buts since I've been on here I've been on my credit profile like" grease on fat meat"..lol
Congrats!!!!
I don't know if my situation is "reassuring" or not. I BARELY got in due to the PSL. I will be sending a PFD for this. And HOPEFULLY I'll get it removed.

I believe that $500 autopay is a trap. I'm yet to see anyone here report that the PSL was lifted.
