I got my Zync card back in April, at the time it was a 10,000 bonus point offer, I didn't select any of the zync pack that had fees, just the free ones. I have since been exchanging the points for offsetting small purchases I make each month since then and my points balance is around 5,000.
Well I just got an email saying I had reached my goal of 10,000 points.... I logged in and there are pending 10,015 points.... I had just added the restaurant pack and the connection pack after looking over my usage the last few months because they would best benefit me. The details tab says the 10,000 is for "Acq Zync crd 10k MR on 1st purch" and the 15 remaining points are double points from my restaurant pack. Do they typically offer these bonus points when you add on the packs like this?? And I thought my double points would show up NEXT month after my closing statement... I thought the rule was they gave you the points after you had paid your bill.... but looking at it now, I think the double points I have pending are from charges I used my MR points to offset so they are technically "paid".....
Anybody have any experience with this? I am scared to call them to ask and they take away all my points lol
