Zync autopay...

So I have had my Zync with the $500 limit and autopay for 13 months now and I was curious is anyone else has had any experience with these. I was hoping my limit would fall off by now but I am still waiting. Any insight?

Re: Zync autopay...

I'm guessing that they'll eventually remove it ~ whenever you meet their internal criteria for NPSL.....whatever that is.

Also I have a $200 hard limit on my card ~ had it since November. Who knows when they will decide to remove the limit.

Ex is not perfect but no collections or derogs for 2+ years. I have paid off 3 car loans in that time, got the zync, a navy fed visa with a 9k limit, and a military star card with 2.5k limit. Current score is 696 according to an Amex Green denial.

How have you been using the card?

This often plays a role on whether or not Amex removes the hard limit.

Re: Zync autopay...

Always push payments and run double the limit through the card monthly. I even used their travel service! If it matters to them, I ran up 7500 on my Navy Fed in one month about 6 months ago and it reported but was PIF right after. Just curious as to why it is still there. They told me they evaluated it every 6 months and would decide (that was at the 6 month mark) so I was curious about it.

Re: Zync autopay...

I love my Amex and would like to get the limit off so I can hopefully PC or app for a Green at some point as my go to card. I'm starting to think of just adding a Chase Freedom card and using its categories if possible. I could probably stand to have another card anyways.

Re: Zync autopay...

@bvick Can you afford the INQ hit?? If yes chase is not a bad card to get.

Re: Zync autopay...

Geez, I was just approved for this today and was wondering what type of usage I'd need to run through it to have it lifted. Do you recall what your utilization was at 6mths and then 12mths after getting the card? I'm really trying to piece this together..
