I applied twice for credit line increase in the last four months and both time declined with saying they need more time with account history ,
is it because i need to wait 6 months ?
hoe long they need before a cli ?

Yes you're applying too soon. You should wait at least 6 months.

I'm in a similar boat. I asked for a CLI right after my 4th statement and they cited "insufficient experience with current credit line"

If the URL of your Comenity card has a "d" https://d.comenity.net at the beginning after https://, it is usually a six month wait for CLI .

Wow, that's an interesting piece of information. How the heck did you ever find that out?

Inspired by this thread, and realizing that although I have the "d" in my URL, I have had the card for 8 months, I pulled the lever and got a $1k CLI instantly from 5200 to 6200 ![]()
