I don't understand. Are you saying you linked to a phishing site?
It's been said on here that the approval standards for the charge cards are all the same. Not sure how people know that (and maybe it doesn't apply to Zync) but if that is true and you already have an Amex charge, then you would be approved for the platinum card.
Centurion by 23? Didn't they just change it back to invite only and raise the minimum annual spend threshhold to receive an invite to $500,000? Are you going into finance? Good luck.

I was on a work computer so I'm pretty sure it may have been a phishing site. I had no idea the approval for all of them were the same. But, there are a ton of different features between each one, i'm not sure I need a conceirge service to take me to class.LOL
Last time I checked, the spending qualificaitons for Centurion were 75,000 annually, but I'll check to see if they changed it. And YES, I am going into FinanceGood guess?

Centurion was never $75,000 annually. It was always at a minumum $250,000 spent on an AmEx card (I've read only Platinum but others have said they've been invited by spending that much on other AmEx cards). Also, I do believe Walt is right as I've heard spending requirements have gone up and they are trying to tighten up the customer base for Centurion by being invite only and not calling to see if you can join.
I don't know where you got the $75K figure, and I'm certainly no expert on the card, but I had always seen $250K. And I read that when they went back to invite only, they raised the figure to $500K although I don't think that is confirmed. There are some articles about it on luxuryplastic.com And I'm pretty sure that you don't have to spend $500K or whatever it is every year. That is just a requirement to get invited for the card. From what I've read, there's no annual spend requirement once you have it.
Finance wasn't that difficult of a guess. If you weren't looking at Wall Street, then you'd have to be planning to start your own tech company or something. That or be delusional. In any event, good luck. Gotta dream big.

I can also throw in the experts on flyertalk also believe the requirement is now $500,000 on Plat or Gold for a rolling 12 month period, but remember thats just for possible invite. Its not a guarantee. So, even if youre aggressive and charge 70% of your bills and expenses on Gold, youre looking at $700,000/year income or so.
God Bless ya if you get it ![]()

I can't say for sure, but I believe amex uses more parameters (undisclosed) than just the spend (whether its 250k or 500k) before it sends out the black invites.

Yes. Thus, I said "but remember thats just for possible invite.". It's the first hurdle to an invite.
in order to get the centurion you have got to be makeing at least in the high 6 fig. more than likely 1mil.+ plus assets and a great credit rating then you got to pay the 10,000 annual fee plus the minimun spending requirment it's at least what iv'e heard is 250,000-1,000,000 a year
