amex (partial) CL restoral or glitch?

not at all fev, i am delighted that you disabused me of the notion that my cl was partially restored.  it hadn't happened to me yet-this gltich- so i ran w/ it!  thanks again for the helpful f/b.  i'll keep checking it to see when it reports the accurate balance again.

Penny, it doesn't seem to be a pending charges issue, i haven't used the card for a purchase in several weeks.

Wacky -- as a former server/bartender, I never tried to do a test run for a higher amount for any expectation for a larger tip.

It's happened to me at the nicer restaurants.  CC explained it that way...
