do u have to use it alot for a cli? also is it a regular discover or like the hsbc discover (not really like a discover to me--no benefits, etc)

I started with a Sams Club card with a 300 CL.  After 4 years it is now up to 3100.  I never ask for CLI that would just incraese it very one in awhile.
