applied bank

I am trying to GW applied bank.  I had a charge off with them when they were cross country bank.  I have since paid in settlement to them in 05.   I sent my first GW to:

PO Box 10210

Wilmington DE 19850.  

I got my letter yesterday saying they couldn't do it.  

Does anyone have a different address or a contact person I might try?  I did try to google but I couldn't find a particular person I might try such as in the credit department.   I did find an address in Boca Raton Fl that I will try I was just hoping someone might have a contact.

DW had a CO from CCB/Applied. Before I knew that you shouldn't DV a CO, I sent DVs to Applied at three addresses, one of which you have. The other two are:

Applied Card Bank, PO Box 17123, Wilmington, DE19850-7123

and

Applied Card Systems, 800 Delaware Avenue, Wilmington, DE 19801-1322

Each signed for the DV, however, I never received the green card back from the 800 address, but did have USPS confirmation.

love2golf, please let us know how the GW'ing goes with them. I closed my AB/CCB card last October, after an 8 year ride with them, and received 3, 30 day lates in the process.
