Because of excitement and getting this first two "credit card" I tried applying for Cap 1 and Amazon Visa Card (Chase) and was denied. Can you guys help me out and tell me the reason why i cannot get into this other credit cards that involves "bank"? Im so confused. thank you for the help.

I assume you mean these are your first credit cards.   If so, you need to wait a while, 6 months to a year, before adding any more.   Many creditors want some payment history before granting approvals.

Re: being denied

Should I call capital one for reconsideration or just let this go and accept that I am really denied?

Re: being denied

Capital One would of pulled all three of your credit reports...so that three inquiries for nothing....id say it would be worth a try to get them to reconsider.

what card did you apply for? I cant imagine you werent approved for the vanilla Platinum card with a $300 or $500 limit or something...

Re: being denied

Well, apparently not haha.

Did you do the pre-approval? What color was the card you were applying for? Green or silver/grey?

Re: being denied

I just googled to see whats best credit card for first timers, it turned out that card showed up as one of the recommended cards. It was a Green Card.

Re: being denied

hmm....i dono if that would be considered a beginner card. You can see the cards below and it shows what credit level they are. the Platinum is usually the one that they will give out most easily...or a secured card.
