cap1 cli awaiting and wmc question

capital one is offering a cli from 4000 to 6000. should i take it or hold out for a higher cli amount. I'm really focused on getting a WMC. I currently have a quiksilver platinum. Is there a PC from quiksilver platinum to wmc once you go over 5000? thanks

I just PC'ed my QS1 to QS CL $5750 when the card came. It had "WORLD" on it. Hope that helps.
