i have had the best Customer service with cap1 recently. YES I SAID CAP1. thats because i have called the exec office and i can under stand them. never had a hard time and they go above and beyond for me and everything. i even said they have been great and i said its a hard to call the number on the back of the card becasue i cant understand them and the rep laughed and said he understands.
