2 months ago I Apped for the Cap1 platinum and was approved at $3k. I didn't know about the qs card and rewards. After reading here I did a pc to the qs card no problem. No promotional 0%,or anything so I don't really use the card that much. I decided to check the prequal site and I'm preapproved for the qs card with 0%. Will they approve me for a second qs card? If I app and approved can I move my current $3k limit over to the new qs to enjoy a higher limit and 0%?
