Does anyone know what department and address to use to send a goodwill letter to Capital One........i had one teeny little late in three years. You guys have given me hope. Who knew we had all these options!.thanks
well, i just talked to a senior account rep at capital one and he suggested that i would have better luck if i faxed my letter ..the number he gave me was 888.259.0121 hope that helps anyone
