I got the welcome packet today and it says i'm ineligible for the signup bonus because i did one of the no-no activities. But I know for certain I didn't do any of those because I've been gardening pretty much for the past two years. Is there any chance this is just a mistake that citi printed? thanks
So none of these:
Bonus ThankYou® Points are not available if you received a new cardmember bonus for Citi Rewards+®, Citi ThankYou® Preferred, Citi ThankYou® Premier/Citi Premier® or Citi Prestige®, or if you have closed any of these accounts, in the past 24 months
?

That's correct. I didn't even product change any cards either
Werent you asking about SUB eligibility for CSP/CSR because you couldn't quite get your dates together?
Also, do you have a Citi card or did you have one and closed it? You had a post in Smorg about your annoyance with fraud alerts from them, so which card and when was it opened?

yeah, chase is 48 months, which is quite a bit of time to try to remember. Citi on the other hand is 24 months, which is right about when the pandemic started. I didn't apply for anything during that period so it's quite easy to remember
and yeah citi is a pain with fraud alerts but that was the attam card. i have a dividend that was pc'd like 4 years ago and a double cash but thats it.
I should probably just cancel the premier soon before the $95 AF hits and then document the start of another 24 months before i'm eligible for a bonus
