since my amex has the same benefits as the csp.
any suggestions ?
Do you travel and/or use rental cars frequently? For me this is the biggest value of the CSP, and why I will continue to pay the AF. The CSP primary auto rental coverage, the truly international CDW coverage, and the generous travel interruption, lost luggage coverage.

Creditors do not simply match limits. All reallocating does is help to mitigiate the imact to revolving utilization when closing a card.
IME this is an over simplification. Creditors may not blindly match limits, but if you have a strong credit profile, when talking to a UWer, then other creditors limits most certainly come into play. When I have reconned either SL's or CLI's, I have always asked to match my highest limits. The UWer's at Citi, FIA/BOA, US Bank and a few CU's have all taken other CL's under consideration.
I personally would keep the CSP open. As other posters have mentioned it is one of CHASE top tier cards and always has been highly recc on this and other forums. If it was me I would close the AX but as many of you know I have no love for AX.
