Since your accounts appear to be open > 12 months, then you can try the consolidation feature online. Below is a link that provides the most recent information regarding the consolidation proccess, pain points, successess and oddities. Provided you are able to combine all 3 cards, there should be minimal impact to your scores since the available credit is being simply shifted around from 3 cards to 1. Any closed accounts as a result of the consolidation would remain on your CRs with positive history for up to ~10 years.
Before you consolidate, evaluate which card or rewards program would be suitable in the end. Also, be aware that any cash rewards/points need to be combined (or redeemed) before you consolidate the accounts or you will forfeit them.
