Discover just sent out a change to their card member agreement, which includes the important new clause that the APR cannot go below 0%.
There goes my evil genuis plan: get prime to -10% and then charge up my discover, make minimum payments and get credit from the negative interest!
(IMO, if things ever got to where the standard algorithms would make APR negative, Discover would have much bigger problems than trying to collect interest from card holders....)
