forgot to unfreeze my credit reports before applying for Cap One card. App denied. When to reapply?

Is it 30 days? I feel so silly lol. Almost immediately I realized my mistake, so I lifted the freeze and applied again only to get a second letter saying there was already an app being processed. This all occurred at the beginning of the month.

I'm fairly certain you have to wait 30 days to reapply for a Cap One card.

I would try calling to let them know you lifted the freeze. See if they can resubmit
