If my grandmother adds me as an authorized user on her credit cards will her good credit still reflect on mine if we decide to take me off within 6 months to a year?

Sometimes AU accounts will remain on your reports after you are removed.   I believe they are given a notation like "relationship terminated" ??? or something similar to that.     YMMV.
