yes I tried and they said that my internal score was not good enough basically! I think it was because I had opened 4 cards in april thus my score had dropped. Do you think i could call the automated line and ask for the increase?
Back to the main topic, I had her call in to check the status of her app. i couldnt get anyone for the recon so I had her call the Sapphire Preferred number that I have (which she is an AU on) and they gave her the typical it is still being processed BS. I havent had the problem where they havent been able to do anything about the decision right then and there and she isnt happy because she has never not been auto approved for a card! eek
