how do I remove a Citi card from online access....?

had to replace a card due to being lost and i can't remove online access myself. called into customer service and they told me i had to setup an entirely new username in order to accomplish this?....

If you are getting a replacement card, it shoud show up online with a new card number.  I recently had to cancel a Custom Cash and have a new one reissued due to fraudulent charges.  Shortly after I got off the chat, my CC card was showing a new number.  Is your citi card not showing a new card number?  Or do you mean something else?
