So if you had to pay all your AF for the year how much would it add up to? Which cards are you thinking about closing??
for me its:
CSP-$95
Marriott-$85
Hyatt-$75
Southwest-$99
Us air-$89
AMEX PRG-$175
Total-$618
I will 100% close the PRG just no need for the card i got it on the 2 for 1 HP deal with my BCE. I will probably close southwest card before my 1st AF and transfer the limit over to my freeedom and make the freedom a visa sig. I will know for a fact if i will close the southwest card in april when they annoucne the great changes they are planing :/ .I will not close the hotel cards due to the free night I probably save about $200 or more each year by having the marriott and hyatt. I will proably keep the US air in deafult just to have a airline card. I am on the fence about the CSP. I like the ability to combine the points with my freedom card but theres no real bonus to keep it after the first year. So if I close my prg and southwest i will save myself $274.
CreditOne - $99... going away as soon as I close on a mortgage.
USAA Secured AMEX - $27.50... going away once the 2 year CD is up in Oct.

It's been useful during the rebuild.
No congrats on a mortgage yet... don't want to jinx the works. LOL.
Probably too much? Many of my cards are new, so I have not paid the AF on too many yet.
Amex Delta Gold: Probably shifting all the CL to SPG and then shutting down before AF.
Amex SPG: It's only 1 week old. We'll see how this card goes.
Chase Southwest: If they change the RR program too much (they are in the middle of changing it right now) and the points get devalued, then shutting it down.
Citibank AAdvantage & Barclay US Air: The compaion ticket justifies AF. If that goes away, then probably shut down.
Chase Marriott: It just got approved. I don't even have the card in my hands yet. The annual free night more than justifies the AF.
So about $500 in AF, though most are justfied.
Currently 0 for me. I'm waiting for the time to come when paying AF will be justified given my spending.
about $450 if im not mistaken.
95 bucks for diners club . Or is it 99, I don't remember, I have memory of goldfish.
