I dont think so, people would just have more time to get there docs in order instead of running around like chickens with there heads cut of or being declined at the grocery store in front of everyone

just got my pin in the mail, letter is dated Nov 8th. Thats a long time for a letter so I guess the card will be another week. It says I am automatically enroll in Express Cash feature. Dont know what that is long as I get the card.  Getting late , I have to go to work see you guys later

Same here. Just got the letter with my PIN info. Hope the card is coming soon like this week!
