how to submit any attachment docs to discover ?

I saw people discussed about screenshot chats and stuff like that, which later on can be provided as proof. So i am wondering where i can include attachment?

Where do you want the attachment? If in email, attach. If you are on chat, they see. If on phone, ask how they want it sent. I did the attachments on my iPad while completing the app (took photos of ID and ssn). Got an exception error, had to call and complete, but the attachments are there.
