Would love to refi the car loan I have.

18.8% through Cap One. Was told that after a year of good payments I should be able to refi no problem. I tried that earlier this month and was denied No other bad stuff in the past year either, just shady manipulations from CA's on old accounts.

Any hints for getting a refi?
