is a CLD possible based on the results of a 4506?

Hi, asking for a friend + I dont know what the result of a 4506 looks like.  if someone requests a cli from ax and they want a 4506, after the review could they see something that could result in a CLD?  thank you

I suppose they could CLD, but I don't recall any situation like that being reported here.

I can only think of instances whenever a FR has occurred in which the 4506-T played a role. But, not from the (IV) CLI request scenario, at least from what folks have shared.

Usually, during the CLI request, if the IV prompt displays folks click the back browser, and retry for a lower CL amount.

thx guys, yeah I have never heard of it happening as well but I guess anything is possible.  I did try and back up but they wanted a 4506 and of course they claim to never have gotten the online one so I was just going to fax one in.  what is in the transcript they see?  I thought it was to pretty much verify income, how much detail is included?  she does not want to chance losing what she has is the issue which I can understand.  I am a you lose 100% of the shots you dont take kind of person so there is that lol.  thank you

You can always see your own transcript here (except this very moment because of system maintenance, of course) - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

I also have not heard of anyone receiving AA for voluntarily submitting a 4506-T for a CLI, but certainly for those involved in a Financial Review - particularly when awards abuse is suspected and someone is charging multiples of their income.

My one shot at submitting a 4506-T was annoying.  The box that says "Optional" on the mouseover right above the signature on the electronic form is not optional to Amex.  Didn't find that out until a while after I submitted, then it took a month for them to get around to it, and then they denied me the increase.  I have fairly substantial pre-tax deductions of around $20k a year so the income reported on the transcripts is lower than my actual gross income, but that's kind of within the margin of error (and gross income was not inflated) so I'm not sure what gives.  FWIW they've given me $34,000 in additional credit since then and that was less than a year ago.
