I am looking at your CC balances and notice a huge issue
Orchard Bank $300.00 Limit Bal is 225.00
First Premier 1 250.00 Limit Bal is 227.00
First Premier 2 250.00 Limit Bal is 240.00
Credit One 200.00 Limit and Bal is 150.00

All of these cards are close to being maxed out. Rule of thumb is you should never exceed more than 48% of the available CL. I never use more than 33% myself on anyone card. With these low limits you really need to get them all paid off or below 30% to CL in order to see any impact to your scores. Do that plus the DC you are being added to you should see a trun for the better. Stick with it as they will improve overtime (not overnight) and things will get better.
